Cancellations, No Shows, and Running Late

Policies

We do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you get your full massage time.

Services are subject to our cancellation policy 48 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment or we expect full service price. Time is reserved especially for you. Reminder emails can be provided the day before your appointment as well as text alert services if you request them. Multiple last minute cancellations could result in you being asked to prepay. Emergencies excluded.

No Shows

We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be asked to pay full service price for missed appointments and prepay for future services.

Running Late

All sessions have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow it we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

Appointment Substitutions
If you must miss and offer your spot to friends/family we ask for at least 4 hours notice so we can get that person set up in the system. Substitutions will be on a case by case basis and those that have a standing appointment need to check with us before giving that appointment away to remain fair to the extensive waitlist Regen has.
